Runping imported 16 fully automatic PP, PE corrugated sheets extrusion production lines that are the most advanced machines domestically, which adopt distinctive screw design, adjustable choke block and special temperature control system to fully ensure stable plasticization performance and extrusion efficiency. 11 sets of high-precision die cutting and forming devices adopt advanced horizontal flat pressing and flat die cutting machine, applying intelligent photoelectric induction device to fully ensure the accurate size of sheet processing and improve the processing quality to the greatest extent. Sheet processing also adopts advanced ultrasonic welding equipment, automatic nail box equipment and automatic heat bonding equipment, automatic printing equipment, automatic edge sealing equipment, automatic packaging equipment, etc. It can produce 1.2mm-13mm thickness and 2500mm width max H board and X board, with special functions such as degradation, anti-static, conductive, flame retardant and aging resistance. The annual output can reach more than 20,000 tons.
